Onshore visa initiations are nominated irrespective of person travelled or not as part of retainment philosophy.
Pay is very bad. Hike from 2023 is still pending and hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. JL6 - fixed pay-30% var - 5-15% super annuation - 30% tax bracket from govtd = 100-30-5% sa - 20% tax assumption=45 rs, so you get 45 at hand of your ctc is at 100 Similarly 20%var for JL5 and 10% var for JL4 Just do the math and how under par salary....Read More

Infosys is good for mid level experience guys. Definitely NOT for managererialjob levels. Infosys is manager centric company and 360 degree scope and no work life balance. And it's luxury for above manager levels like Delivery manager, vice president, AVP, SVP, EVP. They just for approvals and can just ask questions and get the work done from lowerjob levels like project manager, sr. Project managers, group project managers. No ownership and responsibilities tagged to below PMs like leads, analysts, engineers. They are happiest creatures in Infosys. Especially NOT good for JL6 and equalent consultants level, that's too laterals. Guys who joined 15 and 20byrs before, they backed up with management.. Very poor appraisal process. Every thing there as per policy. But no practical . Very poor HR process they just good for doing regular documentation tasks. When really employee related issues arise, then they totally rely on managers. They don't have any updates on appraisals....Read More

It was good that the tab line "Powered by Intellect and Driven by values" was removed at right time. Now neither this organization has any talent left nor the company is able to hire good talent from outside. Infosys believes in piling up Cash Pile and being ecstatic about it always with no money spent on acquisitions or mergers, etc. and depriving the employees of their basic human rights. Recent blunder done by Infosys Founder hasn't realized that a statement made callously could convert the entire IT industry into a Living Hell. I Today, IT employees are being pushed to work for 10-12 hours min and many times incl weekends too. Has the organization forgotten that the profits and cash pile on which the organization sits today is just because of the poor humans who are now being equated to machines making them work like donkeys with not even paying 100% of the CTC committed in papers, stopping promotions and delayed or negligible hikes. How does Mr Murthy think that a human being could ever think of working in Infosys having an all round Toxic culture, no human values, anti-employee policies that just forces the employee to get into a state of shock and awe leading to generating a living body but a dead soul. They didnt let me switch to technology which i had experience in. They put me i a project which was totally out of my knowledge and eberyone was atleast had more than 5 years of experience in those projects. They gave me bad rating because i didnt outperform, i did meet expectations even in the field i didnt know anything about. People do not capture TT tables for whole day, they let others also to play 5 min even though they don't have their own Racket. Big Pantry Big campus Many Restaurants inside campus
No good hike. For JL4 , JL5... 6-8%. I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .

Mangers Like "Maulik " and "Anmol " are not good , they misguide the new fresher before taking in projects . these leads are insuficent with technical skill it will create lots of unecessarynoice in project , thing which can be done in hours , ussually take weeks becuase of skill gap in senior roles of lead and mangers , they are in the organization since 10 or 12 years so they became lead and mangers, even junior system associate technical skill is better then this leads and managers , specially i have wroked two telecomunication domian project i.e, Proximus and Telenet where Gpm is rude they dont even talk properly. No Hikes this year as well they said they'll give 5-8% but for peoples who recieved ECR (Early career rewards) they didn't give hike which is quite disappointing. because, worst part is they were only giving 5 % whereas even maid wants 10% hike every year. We work really hard and in return what we hear? that a lateral joinee getting double package while us working for a client day and night and getting nothing out of it. I am writing this at 3 AM finished overtime without any additoinal pay + no hikes. It's really frustrating.
