Managers will screw you like anything to get work done. Basically infy quotes at low price and allocated less work force . So each has to work double the work hours to get the work done.

There is nothing great working at Infosys except slogging and .

Doing unproductive tasks in the project. Productive work will be 30-40 % . Rest is unproductive work like excel work, documenting etc. Career is doomed working with such organisation. The worst is the management. They give a deaf ear to our expectations, issues etc. Always lazying and only waking up when the client makes any sound. Such an unprofessional organisation.

No hikes for the past several years. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.

Pay is very bad. Hike from 2023 is still pending and hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. I think other than events and campus nothing is good about Infosys I didn't enjoy it much bcoz even after working for 4 years if your salary is still 3.7LPA idk what to say. Makes no sense. Progression and promotions are so nonsense system

To retain projects they renew contracts by reducing the amount and cutting employees from the project which leads to lots of work year on year on one person.

Salary breakage is worst and they are never disclose this before joining, also they are talking about process but its always change as per the requirement and if you do mistake manager are directly gives you warning and job threat like I will fire you.

The team leaders and managers are the worst. Even if you have leaves, you're not allowed to take them. When asked why, I was told that there was not enough people despite everybody being present at work. Worst company to work for besides Byjuus. No work life balance. Management is incapable of understanding employees.

The management is pathetic. If you are a good looking girl then this place is heaven for you. The manager will give you promotion and hike and everything. If you are honest and hard working guy then this place is not for you. The HR there is just for the namesake, they won't even pick up the call The night shift allowance is worse, you can't even get a pair of jeans from Zudio with that allowance. They ask you to come on time but they become blind if we are extending the shift. The yearly hike that they will provide is 1% pr 2% without shame. The CEO is asking to work for 70 hrs but not ready to provide the salary on that level. If you are stuck in Infosys and your project is good then it is ok, if not then try to change the project or change the company. They provide zero development scope and the salary will remains same even after years of working hard as they will say market is down even if each unit is making profit in billions.

No one ask you anything. If your work on track. There are plenty of projects. So job security is favorable.

Dislikes

Politics and no hike no promotion for 2years cycle. Cycle is sep to oct. So if you joined after septemper you will get hike after 3 years. Salary is not up to mark. Very low in the market.
