Salary breakage is worst and they are never disclose this before joining, also they are talking about process but its always change as per the requirement and if you do mistake manager are directly gives you warning and job threat like I will fire you.

The management is pathetic. If you are a good looking girl then this place is heaven for you. The manager will give you promotion and hike and everything. If you are honest and hard working guy then this place is not for you. The HR there is just for the namesake, they won't even pick up the call The night shift allowance is worse, you can't even get a pair of jeans from Zudio with that allowance. They ask you to come on time but they become blind if we are extending the shift. The yearly hike that they will provide is 1% pr 2% without shame. The CEO is asking to work for 70 hrs but not ready to provide the salary on that level. If you are stuck in Infosys and your project is good then it is ok, if not then try to change the project or change the company. I was hired as a contract basis ,I have given 100% I handled H1B visa cases at peak time ,i handled more than 100 cases per day but the manager Deepa didn't recognise and I don't suddenly she terminated me and 2 more members. Still i don't know why she terminated us.
