As of now it's only about the processes, there are a lot of processes and it's very confusing to know whom to contact for which. Even at the client side there are a ton of documentations and all.

People do not capture TT tables for whole day, they let others also to play 5 min even though they don't have their own Racket. Big Pantry Big campus Many Restaurants inside campus
No good hike. For JL4 , JL5... 6-8%. I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .
Work policy: We were asked to come 5 day in our project though others were not coming in same project
