Pramotion/ appraisal/variable payment should be done on regular basis which is not happening Work load distribution should happen as per the salary of employees, if he is getting good money then he should get more work. People do not capture TT tables for whole day, they let others also to play 5 min even though they don't have their own Racket. Big Pantry Big campus Many Restaurants inside campus
No good hike. For JL4 , JL5... 6-8%. I am taking about 2017-2024 period. Some part of Variable also taken away .. Leave encashment - basic pay only. NI rating was given intentionally without any warning.. HR are unaware of Notice Period policies.. I wanted 5 day early release from company . Initially some HR said possible, later they said not possible. And I had to spend 90 days full .
Work policy: We were asked to come 5 day in our project though others were not coming in same project

A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.
No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.

Although it depends on project, but till now for me it's been good working here, not much pressure and good stability and job security. I get leave whenever I want. I am still working from home after manager's approval, even though infosys have mandated it.
I got into Oracle Retail Domain with PL/SQL and Shell Script work. I was interested into Java because I'd worked in it earlier. I have asked several times to HR and Sr Manager to align me with a better project but they don't care what you want or like. Don't expect anything in Salary and Appraisal/Hike dept. I've been working without any increment from last 3 years.
Work policy: Every month we get 8-10 days of WFH.
