Politics and no hike no promotion for 2years cycle. Cycle is sep to oct. So if you joined after septemper you will get hike after 3 years. Salary is not up to mark. Very low in the market.

1. Finacle unit is the worst unit in Infosys 2.Once you are into one project then the only way to come out of that project is Resignation. They will not let you release even after 2 years also. By mistakenly, if you ask release then managers will start targetting you and will mark you as bad performer even though you are doing goodthroughout all cycles. 3. No working life balance, no work culture. You are forced to work for 14 hours a day even if you are wfh employee. Often clients of western countries call you at 2:00 to 3:00AM IST. Some of your seniors who are sent to abroad force you to on camera and present which is difficult as per Indian mid night time. They say weekend off however like kids you get home works.

Nothing Infosys is chillar company. I think there are losser working there . You life will be hell Project/Bench that's it no skill development no learning only Infosy bill you and make money . Wors part people don't even have curtsey to communicate professionally

Currently layoffs are going on feom Jan 2025, manager or managemnt targeting the employee to fire, They gave u purposefully bad rating and they can fired because of the same reason, prior to notice and forcefully to.layoff alsp off shore/ onshire managers are envolved in this. Practically speaking and being candid, Infosys has become one of the most annoying and anti-employee culture. It was good that the tab line "Powered by Intellect and Driven by values" was removed at right time. Now neither this organization has any talent left nor the company is able to hire good talent from outside. Infosys believes in piling up Cash Pile and being ecstatic about it always with no money spent on acquisitions or mergers, etc. and depriving the employees of their basic human rights. Recent blunder done by Infosys Founder hasn't realized that a statement made callously could convert the entire IT industry into a Living Hell. I Today, IT employees are being pushed to work for 10-12 hours min and many times incl weekends too. Has the organization forgotten that the profits and cash pile on which the organization sits today is just because of the poor humans who are now being equated to machines making them work like donkeys with not even paying 100% of the CTC committed in papers, stopping promotions and delayed or negligible hikes. How does Mr Murthy think that a human being could ever think of working in Infosys having an all round Toxic culture, no human values, anti-employee policies that just forces the employee to get into a state of shock and awe leading to generating a living body but a dead soul. They put me i a project which was totally out of my knowledge and eberyone was atleast had more than 5 years of experience in those projects. They gave me bad rating because i didnt outperform, i did meet expectations even in the field i didnt know anything about. They changed the eligibility criteria for promotions everytime when i was eligible.
