I was interviewed for Oracle developer role on 6th of April and I got confirmation on 12th April for the next level processing by asking to fill out mandatory form which has my basic details and previous company details. Then after 10 days I got a call from HR team for my HR discussion and salary discussion. Once I gave my expectations on salary he said we will get back in min 10 days for the confirmation on salary and offer letter. But within 3 days he called me again and asked for my previous company reviced compensation letter so I have shared him on main that too. So after 10 days I gave him a call but he simply said you are not shortlisted for the job... Arey I was totally blank I have rejected two more offers because of this company I have cleared HR discussion and all... Suddenly I was hearing that I was not shortlisted... I don't how come they can say just like this after completing HR discussion and salary discussion... Either they can negotiate the package or should accept it... everything is bad...no communication...long waiting times for reply....nobody tells what to do...no work...struggle to get projects and basic information...even govt office better and more productive

We won't get any recognition in the project and company as well but it mainly depends on the manager and if you are thinking about money means this company is not for you as we won't get any appraisals or bonuses

Infosys manager and HR didn't respond to mails and calls for days despite multiple follow ups and reminders. None of them know about Infosys policies. Each time they just ask you to raise ticket with support team and they just forward any questions to each other resulting in confusion and choas.

Can't change project. Your pretty much stuck in yours till it gets over. In my project no specific working hours can login at 10:30 but logout depends on your work. And didn't get into development and have no growth

Highly toxic work culture. Unit heads run the units as their private enterprises. Very fragile egos. Asking any question can be a reason enough for them to spoil your career. Unit heads create fake proofs for promoting their favorites and also they do the same when they have to spoil anyone's career. HR is for manager protection andnot for employee. You will join and leave the company at the same salary. Employee going on sick leave is also used against them during appraisals. Initiatives like IJP, salary correction and appraisals are all hoax. For internal job posting IJP they offer standard hike of 17% and move all increment into performance bonus and retirals. Your in hand will be less post promotion....Read More

There are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

Infosys great for experienced people who wants to retire or someone who wants to setle. Work culture is great and no one can force you do certain things. Best for women employees.

No promotions and it's almost impossible to move from one position to another.
