I was so appreciate with company Administration, Discipline, Documentation, Audit time to time, Welfare of employee along with Contractual staff, Safety,Training,Appreciation,Promotion & Cultural activities etc. Never I forgotten in my life such a big Company. What ever I achieve from this company due to my honestly hard work during my service period.

Job security and work life balance is great.

No scope of good work, no promotion or hikes. No good projects to work on and not able to have faith in any team mates as everyone of them is doing politics. If you don't know how to do sweet talk or being introvert then you can assume your career will end here

Good work life balance in a lot of projects, but some projects including the one I work in, offer terrible work life balance. Facilities for employees are admirable. Campus is real good, green and eco friendly.

Hikes and career growth are totally bad. If someone is looking for stability that can go for Infosys but if someone wants good salary increments and promotions, at Infosys it will take a lot of time.

Really a cool company to work and have lot of opportunities to learn especially for freshers and even for experienced, people can really shift between projects if they wish to. Flexible timings less pressure Friendly environment Good food

Did not get any recognition, satisfactory increment, didn't get any promotion. They charge for Cab services. Not satisfied with package they are giving to freshers. It is same from last 15 years or maybe more.
