Hi I am currently in Infosys working as developer. This May '25 will be 4 yrs exp. Right now I have an offer from TCS for 9 LPA. Should I accept the offer or wait till i complete 4 years and start searching. Will it make any difference? 
Note - I joined Infosys as a fresher.

Job switching

Hey, I just resigned from a role because it made me.do.work I was not hired for.Rather there was nothing technical about it and I am a guy from technical background. I'm getting calls from other companies but how to professionally answer the question "Why did you resign without any offer" or "why are you serving notice period without any offer in hand"
 

Any suggestions from people with prior experience or IT professionals is highly appreciated 🙂
