No one ask you anything. If your work on track. There are plenty of projects. So job security is favorable.
Politics and no hike no promotion for 2years cycle. Cycle is sep to oct. So if you joined after septemper you will get hike after 3 years. Salary is not up to mark. Very low in the market.

Only the reason is office premises.
1. Finacle unit is the worst unit in Infosys 2.Once you are into one project then the only way to come out of that project is Resignation. They will not let you release even after 2 years also. By mistakenly, if you ask release then managers will start targetting you and will mark you as bad performer even though you are doing goodthroughout all cycles. 3. Another worst thing is no salary hike for the last 2 years. 4.There will be lot of work pressure where you can not attend any internal trainings as well. Brand name, if you want to get married this company name can fetch you good bride and groom.
No working life balance, no work culture. You are forced to work for 14 hours a day even if you are wfh employee. Often clients of western countries call you at 2:00 to 3:00AM IST. Some of your seniors who are sent to abroad force you to on camera and present which is difficult as per Indian mid night time. They say weekend off however like kids you get home works.

Although it depends on project, but till now for me it's been good working here, not much pressure and good stability and job security. I get leave whenever I want. I am still working from home after manager's approval, even though infosys have mandated it.
I got into Oracle Retail Domain with PL/SQL and Shell Script work. I was interested into Java because I'd worked in it earlier. I have asked several times to HR and Sr Manager to align me with a better project but they don't care what you want or like. Don't expect anything in Salary and Appraisal/Hike dept. I've been working without any increment from last 3 years.
Work policy: Every month we get 8-10 days of WFH.
