I was working for BPM. Where you will be disappointing with appraisal. Very complex HR support might help while you want explore job within BPM. You love the campus area.

For US shift employees it would be disappointing with facilities like gym which not operate in night swimming pool- which is only for day shift employees IT support- you suppose to connect them in day time Shift Allowance - For US shift- 2000 rs per month UK shift- Rs 1500 rs per month

They will give/change freshers to random projects for every 5,6 months and we will not have proper continuous experience on one domain. If we tell that we are not ok with particular project they will not change and team managers will threat us stating ur career will end soon, we will red mark to your reference letter.

I was recently selected for the Senior Associate Consultant role at Infosys, and I had high expectations for the opportunity. However, my experience has been very disappointing. After receiving the offer, I was asked to resign from my previous position as soon as possible, which I did. But just one or two days before my scheduled joining, Infosys suddenly halted my onboarding without providing any valid reason. My advice to those considering joining Infosys is: do not resign from your current job until all your documents are approved and verified. Very bad experience with infy. Manager behaves just like a slave with people. They have some hidden rule that they do not disclose with others. They asked to experience people to do other skill. If you don't want to do this then they will give lowest rating and after that HR will call you and will ask to resign forcefully.

Worst place for freshers to join, as there is no room to learn or grow in what you are interested. But if you are are yes sir/mam and always there to please people perfect place for you as they will make you work for 12-15 hrs a day.. and salary is obviously lowest.

My Salary not increased, no work life balance, company thinks we employees are robots, need to work at any cost, no UPL allowed, if you want to take leaves you will need to inform a month ago. 2 years I have completed, no appraisal, your good work will not be apricated.

No hikes for multiple consecutive years for laterals, atleast 3 to 4 years, need to be very hard internally. Lot of politics, onsite only for who put down the papers. Unit work will be more than the project related work or sometimes equal. Good Ratings are not given eventhough you perform very better. Mediocre management and various pathetic company policies.

Worst work culture. Team members used abusive Language curse words. I handled complete project responsibility of project we were team of 4 but 0% contribution from team members I have handled all the development and all the work . Team members only used to talk too much and steal credit actually doing nothing. 3 members got paid for free over 8 months. When I brought up team dynamics with manager it has not been taken care and dismissed as joke . I brought this up many times in 9 months but it was not taken seriously. So I resigned.
