I was working for BPM. Where you will be disappointing with appraisal. Very complex HR support might help while you want explore job within BPM. You love the campus area.

For US shift employees it would be disappointing with facilities like gym which not operate in night swimming pool- which is only for day shift employees IT support- you suppose to connect them in day time Shift Allowance - For US shift- 2000 rs per month UK shift- Rs 1500 rs per month

Companies will ask for Knowlege gain on multiple things but 95% you will time will not get any oppertunity to work on those technology . For a quality of of work/technology quality of project also required thats actually not in the hand of Inforsys of any other service base company like infosys. Forget about good salary hike . Trainings and Knowledge Base is really good at the company. Best place for a great learning curve and start to the career. I also have a good work life balance here. The culture is great. Everything depends on the project you get. Since it is a large organisation one has to create their own visibility. I have had a great experience here overall.

Salary hikes are very very slow. Secondly, i have received 20 -25% hike as well but the process involved is such a drag. Promotions are slow too. Despite being an outstanding performer for 2 years consecutively, i have not been promoted once in the last 3.5 years. Only received a progression, which is not a job level change.

Infosys PP role is quite challenging as well as innovative.Real life problems are to be solved that needs a sound knowledge of technology to solve it efficiently.

Sometimes due to client meetings and deadlines you may need to work in other time zones as well as you may be required beyond the working hours .

Extra work hours, no compoff and pay for Saturday's support. Terrible managers who does not give leave eventhough you have 101 degree celsius fever. No appreciation and lot of politics. Worst management. They only care about the client and not about the employee's life. Due to stress, i resigned from Infosys without any offer.
