Nothing is good here. Employees have to face money related exploitation , work culture humiliation, specially targeting feature. Employee are forced to work out of their limits. Internal Politics is over knowledge and talent here. No bonus no incentive. Worst sift allowances. In the name of the brand INFOSYS, infosys bpm is doing all these. Project manager is extremely biased, doesn't know how to behave professionally. TL and Managers dont have any authority, all depends on project manager who doesn't have any idea about the project.

One of the worst company ever worked There no work life balance, they just need robos instead of human, Even if you are on the death bed, you should work. There's nothing to like here, it's just for the namesake a big company.

Everything, the team leads and the managers, the system everything is so messed up. They never appreciate anything, but they will be ready to blame infront of everyone, labeling the employees for their mistakes. Please think before you chose INFOSYS It will make you to end up in mental hospital by breaking you from the inside
