Project manager is extremely biased, doesn't know how to behave professionally. TL and Managers dont have any authority, all depends on project manager who doesn't have any idea about the project.

Work policy: If scores are bad then you need work from office only. Otherwise 3day/week wfo...wfo days are fixed Monday/Wednesday/Friday from office

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Can I leave the company after 15 days of joining, should I pay any amount to leave the company Immideatly? or should I serve my notice period What if my pf account is created, I have plan to abscond aswell if they dont allow me to relieve immideatly.
