There nothing that most companies don’t offer

Dislikes

Communication to employees is very poor. Salaries are below par and more often than not promotions and salary hikes are reserved for favourites. Manager capabilities are non existent. No salary revisions have not happened in 2+ years and for those that happen it is in the lower single digits

Not a good company in terms of hike and growth. The only time you'll be happy is at the time of joining. Post that, you'll hardly get an opportunity to be happy about your payment or growth.

In my 11+ years of experience, I haven't come across any instance that I can recollect to share about the company

Work Details

End of end workflow handling including managing both Client and management to ensure smooth operations. This involves scheduling daily & weekly calls to share an update on the progress with the Client & workflow specific improvements.
