Can I leave the company after 15 days of joining, should I pay any amount to leave the company Immideatly? or should I serve my notice period What if my pf account is created, I have plan to abscond aswell if they dont allow me to relieve immideatly. Good work environment and culture. Team mate's are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
