Sudden switch?

Can I leave the company after 15 days of joining, should I pay any amount to leave the company Immideatly? or should I serve my notice period What if my pf account is created, I have plan to abscond aswell if they dont allow me to relieve immideatly. I recently joined a company for third party payroll and feeling so toxic, what decision has to take in this situation help me to take a wise decision. Thankyou guys.

If no contribution made to your pf you can de link it . If you have other offer you can take the decision, but sometimes we should comprise with situations. I 'm working with third-party pay roll for last 2 years ,recenly put resignation.

Dont need to think too much. Just leave, but you will not be able to join back later, and dont worry about the PF thingy as well. everything will be sorted once you leave or abscond the company But You will be blacklisted for sure. So in that case you should resign properly, But if you dont want to join back in future. Just go have you got offer in hand from another company ?

Ideally, talk to your manager or HR at the payroll company. Even if they insist on a notice period (which is unlikely for 15 days), serve it. It's usually short, and it's better than burning bridges. If they are completely unreasonable, then you can consider other options, but absconding should be the absolute last resort.
