No Motivation and pay hikes are very low. Micromanagement of people on working on system. Even going to toilet is also counted as non productive. There is one manager SIva Rebbragada he is the worst manager I am seen in my career.

1. Everything never join infosys as a fresher never there salary criteria is worst.. 2. Transportation is worst they don’t even give solutions correctly for the pickup points(i have faced this personally, I was shifted to a new place and i asked the team about the nearby pickup points they told me we have only 1 pickup point in your area, after some days my co-passengers told me about the different points which are nearby). 3. Mental peace is not there, main issue is salary and work-life balance. 4. Iam working there from last 3 years and i don’t have good package, and now the company is hiring new employees on high package because of that many employees are leaving the company. 5. Terrible working environment cheery picking in promotions in Infosys BPM Jaipur HR and management both help eachother if you will tell something to HR regarding managements wrong doing same thing will forwarded to management before you will reach there differentiation is there I have mailed same to anantha radhakrishnan and salil parekh buth nothing happened.

Salary is not good. Annual increament is very low. 1% to 8% Promotion and proportional very slow. On health benefit they only provide a health insurance.nothing at all of on it OPD expenses.

The campus provides a fresh vibe, events are conducted time and again to keep it lively. Work culture is also fine. Knowledge building is appreciated, there are mandatory trainings one has to keep up with, which help you gain deeper understanding of the corporate work culture which is applicable you go anywhere.

Partiality is extremely high and there is no value for dedicated employee. There was no growth in the team which I was working. Even top performer, promotion was given only on the basis of higher offical favourites and not on the basis of performance. If I am employee raises complaint no action was taken by the person who is in charge.
