Not much pressure while working in Infosys, and job security also good ,work life balance also ok

The most important thing that is salary which is too low and there is no hikes from past 3 years and no other benifits, no allowances no promotion on time. The minimum ctc should increase otherwise its too difficult to survive in Bangalore.The company should think about the employees future also ,if there is no hikes for years means its not worth to work there at least the basic ctc should be more or yearly hikes company should give

Don't have too pressurized for anything. There's a space for even freshers in team. They can also question if they feel wrong things happened. Employee friendly rules and regulations.

Dislikes

...whenever they will get a chance. I don't know this will happen on every process. Also, salary hike and all are very often happen, after completing all the trainings and assessment we have to do favour for manager to get promotion and all. If you are very good in the process also no use.

Bad salary and hike structure Regional baised Promotions and opportunities are mostly given to those who belong from South India Most of the time they use regional languages instead of English. No perks

1. Everything never join infosys as a fresher never there salary criteria is worst.. 2. Transportation is worst they don’t even give solutions correctly for the pickup points(i have faced this personally, I was shifted to a new place and i asked the team about the nearby pickup points they told me we have only 1 pickup point in your area, after some days my co-passengers told me about the different points which are nearby). 3. Mental peace is not there, main issue is salary and work-life balance. 4. Iam working there from last 3 years and i don’t have good package, and now the company is hiring new employees on high package because of that many employees are leaving the company. 5. The campus provides a fresh vibe, events are conducted time and again to keep it lively. Work culture is also fine. Knowledge building is appreciated, there are mandatory trainings one has to keep up with, which help you gain deeper understanding of the corporate work culture which is applicable you go anywhere.

The salary is very less.
