While working and also after relieving the HR team and salary team will not respond to our mails and calls and in full and final settlement we didn't get full salary as from last salary they got deducted 6000 rupees and I am continuously sending mails to them but no one is not responding and also there is a lot of work pressure and I used to work for 12 hours daily but then also they wants employees to work in Saturday's and there will be lots lots of work pressure with low salaries

Infosys bpo ltd is company for freshers, they can learn and improve their skills and talent, salary hike is very vest, fresher candidate can join this company, after learning the work in a year they should move to another company. this is best suggestion who are going to join in Infosys.

work culture, salary, drinking water is not good, cafeteria food also not good, even they are charging very high price cab facility

Don't have too pressurized for anything. There's a space for even freshers in team. They can also question if they feel wrong things happened. Employee friendly rules and regulations.

Dislikes

...whenever they will get a chance. I don't know this will happen on every process. Also, salary hike and all are very often happen, after completing all the trainings and assessment we have to do favour for manager to get promotion and all. If you are very good in the process also no use.

1. Everything never join infosys as a fresher never there salary criteria is worst.. 2. Transportation is worst they don’t even give solutions correctly for the pickup points(i have faced this personally, I was shifted to a new place and i asked the team about the nearby pickup points they told me we have only 1 pickup point in your area, after some days my co-passengers told me about the different points which are nearby). 3. Mental peace is not there, main issue is salary and work-life balance. 4. Iam working there from last 3 years and i don’t have good package, and now the company is hiring new employees on high package because of that many employees are leaving the company. 5.
