Work location: Bangalore/Bengaluru.

Education: MBA in Finance.

Experience: Freshers Only (Should have Completed MBA in Finance)

Shift: Rotational Shift

Job Description:

Process Description: The Equipment Finance operations team is responsible to perform financial adjustments by lifting and applying funds from one transaction to another. Also, to maintain the address and tax codes of equipment leasing customers, disposing Contracts by applying open charges with quote, refunding excess payments on contracts using the mainframe application.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate response via email
• Prior knowledge of Lease agreement and financial contract documents review will be an advantage
• Knowledge on Pega Tool, Salesforce and Customer service management system will be an advantage
• Resolve customer complaints or problems with appropriate solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction wit prompt and professional responses
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
• Meet the daily Targets and Client SLA
• Flexible to work in Shifts especially - US hours and EMEA hours

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling custome inquiries

• Experience in validating address using USPS web portal
• Experience working on Pega Tool and Salesforce will be advantage
• Eye for details to Perform the Financial Adjustments
• Ability to learn and adapt to new changes
