What I like the most is training provided by company. Foundation training, process training and other than that professionalism, perfection, etiquettes and so on. As a fresher its very beneficial to join Infosys. I like working here . No extra stree, no tension, good team and manager. Helpful HR. Dislikes

Salary hikes are very slow and conditional. Appraisal ratings.

... a fresher. There were no projects in technical and i was on bench for 6 months. then was put to a non voice project were I was doing Data Analytics reports in Excel and salary in hand is 12k which is not worthy. I gained no skills except toxic work culture.

In reality they dont have technical projects also I was forcefully resigned

There are ample opportunities to choose from. Upskilling and reskilling is highly promoted within the BPM organisation.

Dislikes

Compensation is the only point to dislike, the investment made by organisation in other than financial incentives and employee compensation, like lavish campus, free internal trainings may feel less than average for a fresher.

Likes

Company has spent billion dollars in developing infrastructure and the management is paying less to the people who are vertical joinee. Also, the start pay is as less as 12000/- INR if people are working in Infosys BPO. The company will give anual increment of 2 to 5% depending on the rating.

Dislikes

Salary structure is not at all sustainable. also, company provide less hike. No values for BPO employees. But if you join from other companies, then kindly negotiate properly with HRs to get a good pay, otherwise your life will be upside down.
