It was good experience. CTS was supposed to pay additional salary and that was paid only for one month. From March 2020 no one never received it. CTS should pay Electricity Allowance too but never paid. Except salary and allowances part all facilities were superb. PC got delivered within 5 days from lockdown. Connectivity had major issues from my end then I was being provided with Data Card too. Weekly call to check our and family members health.

Just salary is lower as compared to Captive companies. But for fresher this is heaven.

Before 2021 cognizant was best place to work office infrastructure is good. There is huge cafeteria and big enough garden to chill out.

... more than 10 hours and with transport it will take almost 13 to 14 hours a day. After promotion getting very low salary !

Company has a common treatment for IT as well as Finance resources. Me being a CA cannot be treated at par with an MBA or Btech when I've been tested in far more intense work environment. Not a good employer. Resource cannot flourish.

Salary is good this is the only thing which allows your mind to work.

Dislikes

Manager, senior manager and process head don't have process knowledge. Manager just busy in Microsoft teams calls. Poor trainer. Just go to office login do your work logout go back to home. manager TL they won't give one on one meeting. Don't know how to take care of employees. Force to do extra work. No proper help on bench. Once if you are on bench you will get a dashboard to apply new process but you will get proper communication from hiring manager.
