...employees as slave and the security even have more salary then company employee. They just pay 9k monthly. Which almost impossible to survive in a metropolitan city. Yearly increment for a very good performer 4-5% where you won't find any difference in your monthly take home. The company HR behaves like he is the owner of company and you are doing his servant. So I will say Worst Worst Worst in all way. I won't prefer anyone to join here. Top manager will treat there junior as school students.

I don't like anything about Infosys except Work life balance

...infrastructure and the facilities they provide to their employees are awesome. Salary and appraisal is not good and this is the only one reason people are leaving jobs from here.

Dislikes

Attrition rate is the highest in Infosys BPO. Salaries are comparatively less, More working hours. If we will work hard then also we will not receive good ratings.

Don't have too pressurized for anything. There's a space for even freshers in team. They can also question if they feel wrong things happened. Employee friendly rules and regulations.

...whenever they will get a chance. I don't know this will happen on every process. Also, salary hike and all are very often happen, after completing all the trainings and assessment we have to do favour for manager to get promotion and all. If you are very good in the process also no use.

Bad salary and hike structure Regional baised Promotions and opportunities are mostly given to those who belong from South India Most of the time they use regional languages instead of English. No perks

1. Everything never join infosys as a fresher never there salary criteria is worst.. 2. Transportation is worst they don’t even give solutions correctly for the pickup points(i have faced this personally, I was shifted to a new place and i asked the team about the nearby pickup points they told me we have only 1 pickup point in your area, after some days my co-passengers told me about the different points which are nearby). 3. Mental peace is not there, main issue is salary and work-life balance. 4. Iam working there from last 3 years and i don’t have good package, and now the company is hiring new employees on high package because of that many employees are leaving the company. 5.
