Igt is good but here's process which was sbi that was pathetic also sbi house was good culture but in igt sbi process was so hectic

If you want to learn anything no body will deny. They will make u learn about whatever you want to learn.

If the person have the excellent track records, quality work, production, adeqates, behaviour. Management will not consider that person for the good opportunity. If that person did one thing wrong eventhough he or she apologize for the same then no higher authority person will come and save that person. In 2023 HR were good but nowbin 2024 till 2025 HR is not good specially lady.. S

I valued the opportunity to learn and grow within the organization, which is why I remained committed to my role. However, I faced an unfortunate incident where I was wrongfully terminated despite having done nothing wrong. Although I was later found innocent, I was not given the opportunity to be heard, which was disappointing. The company promotes hostility among teams. They do not promote team work, rather focus on finding faults among various teams and indulge in blame game. Even the senior level managers use too much of "Expletives" while talking to subordinates.

Work culture or management is not soo great, specially for QAs no such good learnings, management will ask to login more as compared to own profile work, less increament even if you getting good ratings, salary is not up to the mark.
