All are good only impacted 6 days working because in one week off it's difficult to handle house work as well our refreshment plan for outing or think about future growth else family is staying Noida so prefer to Noida else week off should be 2 days in a week meal service missing

1.There is retention bonus to fool you guys 2. You are eligible to fill IGP’s after 9 months in the company. It’s good for those who wants to be Team leader, Assistant Manager etc. And not that easy to achieve.

There are so so things to disappoint you guys: 1. Poor transport - If you somehow missed your cab then be prepare to go by yourself at 1:00am in the night( think what it’s feels like in the bone chilling cold weather) 2.salary and incentive discrepancy were there in IGT. 3.Poor infrastructure and management- you are on call and simultaneously constructions is also going on the floor feel’s disgusting....Read More

IGT is great in giving promotion in terms of position but it was very poor to increase salary of their employees

Keeping tamil TLs who are linguistically biased and they torture other language agents and continue to do so until they abscond. No actions taken after multiple escalation. Changing process as they wish every now and then when an agent mentally sets in one process. Groupism, bad management, third rate company.

If you are in any back office process, life is little bit easier, though less salary.

Transport system is worst. Company policies are more like red tape. Management is not very skilled and lot of favouritism happens

Just a few of the ram members I've got are really good fortunately.

There is nothing really much to like about this company. They will eventually starts pressurising for workload, expecting a new joinee to excel in the field short after the training. Treating as if they already are pro with the rules and regulations and if you make mistakes suddenly it's all your fault and they can terminate you.

the senior management system is the worst and doesn't support them. there is no salary increment. the employee has been working for 2 years but has been no increment. seriously transportation system is very bad for 3rd class system.

When I was telling my team leader to change my shift for a medical reason with the valid medical documents his reaction is like jiske paas Jana hai jao mujhe ghanta farak nai parta and also they are very aggressive for which we can't express anything 😞 Also even infront of a girl they are using such words I really feel very negativity I am working till today due to my family concern and it's my third year but even one Penney is not increased to my salary or increament in post....Read More

There is nothing to like about this company as they will always take you for granted.

The company is very bad and they will always take you for granted. They do not offer any leaves and if you have leaves as well, they will also ensure that you do not take them. Also, they will deduct unnecessary charges from your salary in the form of some taxes and other stuff. The do have a entertainment room as well however, thatis not functional and can be used only at the time of a client visit....Read More

It's just about picking up calls ,no any other development areas Come pickup calls and go home that's it nothing above this .... Nothing below this No learning Here it's all about not to use aux go on the calls answer the calls that it ,....... Only I genuinely thinks if someone from igt management reading this you have a need of head count to answer your calls it's not that easy for managing 200 calls on wait to answered by 100 people on the floor Managers are only in cabin come to the floor take calls with your subordinates sir there for 8 hours continuously.....
