To be honest, I was an agent and I never thought I could be in WFM, it really depends on your manager, is he/she is biased or not. He really taught me things and helped me grow in my journey.

Dislikes

When I asked for an appraisal and a position upgraded to be Team leader as I was always handling my team with or without the documentation so I go to my AM ans ask him what is the expectation and what does he wants in his Tl, so he denied it’s preplanned with a person who was hired after me and he cannot give me the position as the senior manager would think that he’s promoting me because of a girl, THE MOST DEMOTIVATING THING IVE EVER HEARD. I’ve been flexible, whole team listens to me and they’ve already considered me as a leader. We handle it so good but the gender inequality dipped it all....Read More
