The only thing about working here is good infrastructure

It's just about picking up calls ,no any other development areas Come pickup calls and go home that's it nothing above this .... Nothing below this No learning Here it's all about not to use aux go on the calls answer the calls that it ,....... Only I genuinely thinks if someone from igt management reading this you have a need of head count to answer your calls it's not that easy for managing 200 calls on wait to answered by 100 people on the floor Managers are only in cabin come to the floor take calls with your subordinates sir there for 8 hours continuously..... salary structure is not good and you will regret because of hectic schedule and working hours all your life will be wasted in meeting the login target. Promotion will be only after working in this company more than. 1 or 2 year with same salary but definitely youllbe distracted by better company who gives you better perks than this one.

No one is supporting. I would like to share my issue with everyone. I found kidney disease in the month of December. But my manager Tushar paul didn't support me . Just because of him, I resigned from my position. That's why am not eligible for the insurance. This is just a horrible thing to work with this type of company.
