1. Money snatchers made illogical policies just to cut salaries and it gets divided into higher management donkeys. 2. They are different from every employer in terms of working hours. There’s not a single company I know which asks for 10 hours shift. 2. 90% of the seniors including Team Leaders, Managers, Sr. Managers and even fewAVP’s are like they can never be selected anywhere else if they leave!
