Dear HSCian, Firstly, welcome to Hughes Systique, we would also like to thank you for highlighting in your review about the new tech that HSCians get to work in. Keeping updated with the technology in the ever so dynamic engineering sector is why HSC has been a preferred choice for so many of our global clients. Since you have been associated for a period of less than a year and with virtual onboarding & remote working, it can often become a hinderance in developing healthy team bonding. That is why we have also introduced a hybrid style of working for easier transition of new members into the teams. We suggest that you talk to your manager or engineering group head, as it is very unlikely that the whole team & all colleagues are not likeable, as mentioned in your feedback. As per your review all aspects are ‘poor’, including salary & benefits, which we are sure would have been clearly explained to you before you accepted the offer. Why would anyone accept something that was perceived as ‘poor’ in the first place itself? You have appreciated ‘working on New Edge Technologies’, then it seems contradictory to say skill development is ‘poor’. You may want to introspect, in the interest of your own professional satisfaction & success. We would also like you to know that there are forums like Amber, Q2M, Zero Hour etc. at HSC through which you can share concerns or suggestions that you might have, even anonymously if you wish to do so. Dear Anonymous, Thank you for reviewing our remuneration policy fairly. We have always identified and rewarded the right talent with what they deserve, irrespective of the current notions and trends in the industry. Cons, “No Job Security” & “hire & fire culture”, mentioned by you are absolutely untrue & misleading. Anyone who has worked with HSC or even has known HSC remotely is aware that we have never laid off or fired even a single employee in all these years, not even in the face of daunting challenges like the 2008 financial meltdown or more recently, during Covid-19 pandemic. Addressing the second part mentioned as a con, given the competition across industries, businesses are run to offer value to customer in the form of quality timely deliveries and HSC is no different in its focus on customer centricity. We take great pride in stating that self-driven HSCians have always risen to the occasion, whenever needed, and pulled off admirable challenges. That is how we all, at HSC, learn, evolve and grow together as a team. Just like Customer centricity, employee centricity is a corner stone in HSC’s culture & value system. HSC’s policy on flexible working hours, policy helps ensure that HSCians get break to rejuvenate themselves, after extended hours and maintain a healthy work life balance. HSCians are encouraged to share their suggestions and concerns through the many internal platforms like Q2M, Ask Amber, Zero hour etc. which they can make use of or even talk to their managers, engineering heads or Engineering Group head as we follow an open-door policy.
