The median tenure stands at an impressive 5.7 years which exceeds the industry average. So, while your claims not only lack context, backing of any fact or basis but also come across as vague and generic. We encourage you to kindly talk to your manager, engineering group head, engineering head or for that matter Mr. Vinod Sood, MD, as we walk the talk when it comes to following the open-door policy.
