I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.

Totally like the crappy attitude of useless HRs. I always wanted something to push me to edge, and hCLs internal politics has that quality. Very good environment to fk your mental peace. Management is full of supporting people, if you are a Girl. No pedo, very safe environment. Safe for girls coz no manwhre from management level will take your no from teams and ping you on WhatsApp at middle of night. Hcl appreciate your work and passion and that's why compensation letter are only 6 months late with very huge hike of 2% After 9.30 hours of shift and 3 hours of extra work, you will have a plenty of time for your family and work life balance. HR can Totally log off by 5 pm without addressing your issue but you can't log off even if you have period, fever or almost dying...Read More

1 No work life balance. 2 Well being is getting disturbed. 3 10 hours of shift. 4 Extending shift is normal here without getting OT. 5 Leadership is very bad, no support and always pressurise. 6 work load is high, they tend to get the work of 6 people from 4.

Regarding The US project, Please Note: if you are ready to work as a slave, You are a perfect fit for this company and Note : ( you don't have an allowance for US projects Night shift). You don't get your "Variable pay" Every three months, they create new policies without any information. One of these policies seems like a way to steal your salary under the name of EPB adjustment Monthly For example, it starts with 500Rs and may increase based on your salary range. The HR and US project manager are the worst Both are well-trained to fool the employees. Verizon Project sucks big time so do your findings before you join or else you are stuck.

HCL has all this support project and suck blood of you all the time, manager and team leads have no ears wats so ever to your concerns all they worry about is SLA, Cafeteria sucks big time even though it's not heavy on your pocket, Management is wast of time, Transportation has no idea to route employees correctly as there are some morons sitting there and have no clue how to roster, work life balance has no value at HCL...Read More

There is no specific criteria for promotion and salary hike for laterals is not satisfied. Some time they won't give hike. They won't provide valid reason also. Very disappointed in terms of salary hike and promotions.

Company is an excellent, female’s employees are over protected by the organisation. Company has health insurance that is very useful. They have so many benefits for pregnant ladies like insurance also in cabs they will carefully taken care. Infrastructure is awesome.

Dislikes

HR will not respond properly. No one will question what every happen inside the project. Some managers are from heaven so no one can ask anything to them even they hurt the employees emotionally inside the project. There is no rules for the heavenly managers.
