I wish I had an option to give a rating of 0. Everyday it haunts me for joining this org. From salary appraisal/promotion to work environment and company policies -its a complete package of the worst company title to be awarded. Please do not join as you will be trapped after joining and may even start questioning your own ability to star looking outside. No learning no growth and above all their moto of employees first is actually the other way round -Employees Last. Nothing to like here, candidates should not waste their time after applying here, wait time is too long here to get the feedback from hiring team.

Hiring process is terrible here, not giving feedback on time, zero percent transperancy and they will take back the offer for silly reasons.

If you’re in a nice team, you can use flexible hours to your benefit (in some cases).

Dislikes

Flexible hours are not flexible for the employees but for the organization. They pay scale and work will never match unless you can work your way through seniors. If you’re completing something fast you won’t be remunerated for that but be loaded with additional work.
