On good thing is its big campus and multiple clients.
Hybrid mode of working.
Dislikes
No guts to support employee in front of client.
No job security on bench for senior/ 17+LPA package employees. From 2023 HR will strat pushing for resignation only after 45 days of bench period. Old people thik its is their Dad's company. Worst management.
Management don't consider the good feedback for promotion/increment. They only give what they want.
No appraisal given in 2023. Company made all employees fool by delaying the process by 7 months and finally denied to give first appraisal in Nov'23.
Also, HCL is deducting the salary in every quarter in the name of quarterly appraisal process. New scheme of looting the employees. Lot of deductions....Read More

HCL is a good organisation to hire newly freshers, but going further the career is struggling as there is no proper compensation as per defining roles and no designation change even if you are delivering the tasks assigned to you in a proper manner.
You can expect a good work culture, job security and many other benefits in comparison to other companies but if you are totally focused towards career and growth, you may need to switch after gaining knowledge.
Personally, If one is willing to start his career then he can opt for HCL but to stay and expect a long term growth would be a foolish act.

Work Details
Work is really good and challenging, one can learn alot while dealing with clients and higher management.
Work ethics are good but favoritism is a concern which should be removed from HCL.
Suggestion: appraisal should be as per productivity.
