No work life balance. No proper estimation and unrealistic targets which in turn affect the employees working timings without any allowance. We are forced to work in weekends to meet the target. Hikes not more than 10% even you are exceptional performer. Promotions not happens. High work load. work life balance not apply. Poor HR policies.

They Don't follow their own policies. Ex: Apprisal Year is April to March, Compensation hike as per policy will be in July, but the letter will be released in October. So they manage 2 quarter's.

People who keep job security over growth join this company because they don't have any selling point apart from job security.

Company don't bother about attrition and the company which doesn't bother about it is not employe centric. They should hire managers from top B schools or MNCs only who understand MNC culture cause current managers, PM came from lala companies have zero leadership skills and only knows micromanagement and focus on controlling.

Regarding The US project, Please Note: if you are ready to work as a slave, You are a perfect fit for this company and Note : ( you don't have an allowance for US projects Night shift). You don't get your "Variable pay" Every three months, they create new policies without any information. One of these policies seems like a way to steal your salary under the name of EPB adjustment Monthly For example, it starts with 500Rs and may increase based on your salary range. Interview was good, interviewers didn't tried to exhibit their expertise. Convincingly good hike during joining.

Dislikes

HR Team is not good. Forced me to join immediately but no quick joining bonus. Usually people use personal phone number for official communication rather than internal communication tools.
