What is bpo you will just get to learn from here and nothing else.

Dislikes

No career opportunities, in cafeteria you will find cockroaches it's not at all hygienic. Work environment is average. Manager will terminate you any time but he will never accept your resignation. Do not expect promotion at all from here they promote according to their own choice not by their talents. Those who knows to do buttering their TL and manager they will only get promotion. Salary is worst it is 9000 per month . Worst company I have ever seen just wasted my time here....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
