The co-workers and ex-management were some of the best people I ever worked with.

As this is a third party Vendor the current management (year 2022) will do anything to keep the process (Comcast) with the company. They will set high targets and then remove agents who are not able to meet the targets by harassing them in multiple ways. Because of that agents are forced to hit their targets using unethical ways. Inmy time over I have seen agents hit sales by lying to the customers and the management keeps quiet as they want high sales but will throw the agent out if they get caught by the client....Read More

But it was a great experience working with the company ,yes just as any other company they are strict if you make errors after given certain warnings. But that's to maintain decorum. The management is very friendly and helpful. All managers and HR are always available and approachable. No dislikes, however as i mentioned some rules are strict regards to quality. However we do get certain warnings and a chance every month. If made any mistakes to not repeat and only if we get another quality error , they may Take action. But that's mandate too to maintain workplace discipline and decorum.

Management hires people with 0 communication skills they just need people no matter what happens with stats which results in poor NPS FTR hit.
