Should have given a necessary allowances in work from home like internet, electricity bill (long hours of systems usage) furniture allowances, and the monthly incentives has been stopped in the lock down, only getting the salary which is not sufficient considering the expenses we have now. It would be appreciated if the management looked into this

I personally feel there are a lot of fields where the company should work upon. Those are; Poor HR policies, the salary splits like less basic and more in bonuses and incentives, disappointing appraisal, less growth both in terms of learning and hike, job security.
