Am I getting paid less

I joined the company on Jan’23 as an associate with 3.8 LPA. Later I got promoted as QA on sept’23 and After 1 year I got it in papers on sept’24. Now my pay is 4.5 LPA and my fellow colleagues who joined from different companies are getting 9-14 LPA. What should I do?

Company policies are firmed in good. But these are not excuted in proper way.

Dislikes

There is no job secutiry in this company, although they do not inform pirior notification properly about termination for the employees. They terminate suddenly.
