Too much work pressure. Rather hiring the new employees, management always try to adjust with existing employees for new transaction. Cross training is always good but without salary increment the colleagues have to take extra responsibility for new transactions. Recently the company stopped providing the transportation. Earlier theshuttle service was available from Noida sector 15 for both location sector 51 and 144 but now for sector 144 the colleagues have to come till Noida sector 144 metro from across Delhi and NCR to get shuttle service which is very big challenge for colleagues who are residing in north and west Delhi....Read More

Work Details

EXL is good place to work and it has job security compare to other companies. However, the work pressure is too high.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Very bad experience because supervisor and managers think EXL is their property , mostly supervisor want employee in their team as donkey not intelligent

Dislikes

Upper management, even HR also speak in support of supervisors. However, HR is to save rights of all employees. But this is only in doccuments
