Seriously there is nothing to like about this company. Even when i joined 4-5 guys working for the same role had resigned or had been forced to resign.

Dislikes

I was working from Mumbai location and my TL being Marathi prefered candidates who is Marathi. My TL gace me realy tough time while working with him in the first 2 - 3 months. Gave me open threats of resigning from the job. He had zero contribution in upskiling myself and he would roam around outside the office over phone. I did nothave anyone to ask for help when i needed the most. In this company 2 - 3 TLs were changed post that and none were good. In short if you want a really stressfull and suffocating work environment without any perks or benifits, where incentive is a myth join here....Read More

Job security is non-existent. One bad review could lead to your termination without a second thought. Management treats employees like pawns in their game. There’s no respect for individual contributions or opinions. The expectations placed on employees are unrealistic and unachievable, leading to frustration. The culture promotes backstabbing instead of collaboration.

The workload is overwhelming, and there’s no recognition for the amount of stress employees endure. Management just cares about clients and revenue.

Dislikes

The lack of training and development opportunities is appalling. I feel like I’m just treading water without any chance to grow. Team collaboration is stifled by a lack of trust and open communication. If you're looking for a place to grow and be valued, keep searching. You’ll be micromanaged to the point where it feels like you have no autonomy.

Employees are afraid to voice concerns due to potential retaliation from management. Contractors are treated unfairly, especially when clients delay payments. It’s frustrating and demoralizing.

The pay is below industry standards, and raises are few and far between. Horrible work culture. Unrealistic expectations and overwork compared to other companies. There’s a lack of training and support for new hires. I felt lost and overwhelmed from day one. You can’t enjoy the perks when you’re chained to your desk.

It’s impossible to get promoted unless you’re best friends with the boss. Communication is non-existent; it's like working in a vacuum.
