Likes: I have never seen such a organisation where there is no culture. People is using slang language on the floor and even manager is saying she is not able to manage the team. Working hours is 15 hours in a day that's why pune girl died. Dislikes: Nothing to like. Shame on this company for making such a pathetic environment.

Likes: It's has opportunities only if the management wishes to see someone grow
Dislikes: Idk about other teams but I don't feel the management fostered my growth. Creating situations for failure, holding back information to later attack is very common in corporate ladder and it depends what people we meet in our path. Mine wasn't a fulfilling experience

Likes: The opportunity to learn and upskill on continuus basis is quite good.
Dislikes: Over the past few years the cultral and the employee expirence that EY was known for has gone down dramatically. No leaders have done anything to address the lack of belongingness the firm. I personally lack motivation to work.

Likes: People are willing to collaborate on multiple assignments. Salary and bonus are good but health insurance could be wayy better.
Dislikes: Only profit matters, they’ll make you work till you beg for death. Work life balance doesn’t exist in their dictionary. No clear path forward to higher roles.
Likes: Skill development is good.They provide plenty of trainings that one can sign up and get certified on. HR is also great. Any queries or complaints/feedback, they acknowledged it and update you on the actions taken. There is no delay in any of the processing.
Dislikes: Recreational activities, festive celebration and functions are not much. It's more of 'only work' scenario. Team activities are not a common thing.

Unjustified work-life and terrible asks with limited timeline . less resource - 24*7 work --no adequate time for rest is horrible . I have broken/ill treated my spine due to this
