Likes: IF you are a good "A$$-licker" your job is safe, in fact they will create positions for you with made-up names. Dislikes: in 2020 EY outsourced it's IT to IBM, exactly 1 year before that, the favorites of THE Big Boss transferred themselves (Not even an internal job was posted) to safer departments. These are the one's who never worked on a single issue, project or incident. Their only talent was spooning.

Dislikes: The demands of work is high and pace of work is quite fast. Even though I enjoyed it. But it may not be for everyone

No proper escalation matrix for any dept.
No growth avenues, everything depends on the project budget and tenure that you are assigned.so there is always a sense of job layoff.
Likes: Flexible work hours , company ethics , decent salary growth, professionals to work with, opportunities for self development and learning, job security , cross training and development if you wish.
Dislikes: Not much exposure to higher management. Strict compliance and access policies. After a point of time you won't be able to see future path.

Likes: I believe the culture of EY Middle East is truly inclusive. Despite being a non-arabic speaker I never felt as being excluded. Specially in Qatar, my team was truly global as we had team members from various nationalities and we all worked as one team.
Dislikes: Among all the Big4s in the Middle East, EY is one of the lowest paying consulting company.

The provided Udemy access is a helpful training resource; however, the rest of the training seems unnecessarily burdensome. Dislikes: The job lacks security, with manipulative management, no perks, promotions, or appraisals beyond basic salary. The company culture favors power over merit, making survival difficult without influence.

Likes: It depends on which entity you join I am working for EY India LLP tech consulting and 3 years been great. Culture and work life balance is great. Make sure to work and always get good client feedback.
Work from home for eligible employees whos working great at client place. Outings, management events , offsite everything is good.
Dislikes: They don’t have rule of hire and fire like other service companies, but it’s good if you have a project always. Avoid being on bench. Only bad part is no cab facility.
Likes: Lot of free courses will be offered but this has to be done apart from the 11 to 12 hours of work. So nothing much to say as positives. Dislikes: All ey cares about is the billing from clients they have no concern about the employees or their development. Client companies choose ey services because they have no backbone they bend to an extent to agree all the request placed by clients.
