Only so called Big 4 brand name nothing else.

i will talk about Tech consulting domain. 1] this is pure service based company / staffing company. they deploy people to client location as contractors, project duration also very less 6 month avg. 2] for Pune location not having many clients and forced people to travel and relocate to other cities 3] No interaction with management or HR. People doesn't even know who is there HR. 4] Less salary 5] copy paste review by manager to all the people.Manager don't even know on which Tech stack you are working. no team building activity / party/ offsite 6] less medical insurance. if you add parents you have to pay extra. 7] no cab facility 7] cafeteria is also poor . at max 5 people can seat there.only coffee on machine you will get. for other things have to go downside on street side shops or inside panchshil campus common shops. 8] calling people to the office and having to attend client interviews from the office where you will get zero silence because tax and audit people are shouting like anything. complete chaos this there. only 2 meeting room which are occupied by the tax and audit people. 9] No Dare facility 10]...Read More

Everything that you must have heard from the Tech Consulting pov is all fake. They hire and put you on the bench. It is like a gap in your CV. And the work culture is bad. Whoever says yes to his or her manager they’ll succeed or will be taken care of. The manager was very arrogant and used to be very disrespectful towards company employees in front of everyone. The approachability was at worst.

The work culture is not at all healthy. People have to be blind followers of their manager to succeed. The manager- employee approachability is zero. Manager used to call out people disrespectfully in front of everyone. It’s so demeaning.
