Eclerx provide good food at affordable prices. Infrastructure is also good. Toilets infrastructure is clean. They also provide Newspapers for reading which was best part for me. You can sit in Cafeteria and spend time reading but they keep music on which is distracting sometimes. Salary is always on time. DLF building also has Table tennis and volleyball.

I was part of a process in which during winter season the workload got significantly reduced due to which we had lot of free time. So during that free time I wanted to read newspapers and articles on laptop to keep myself updated and stay engaged in something which unfortunately was not allowed due to IT security policy. That's the only reason I had to leave apart from that everything was fine for me personally. I have 1 star to work life balance because I worked in Night shifts which effects you work life balance. You feel sleepy on weekend day but you are awake in Night like a OWL. You cannot go visit a market or chill outside because it's dark. You cannot go to Park or Mountains at odd hours. Well this is just a personal opinion for some people Night shift works. night shift becomes a problem on weekends when you awake in Night and you cannot go out....Read More

Operations are literally like a scam, you would be forced to do sales with target in the name of customer support and above that there's zero incentives for sales. The work life balance does not exist and the management doesn't care about any employee. The only thing they want is numbers and sales!

Many managers were supportive and promoted healthy environment.

Dislikes

The managers at my last project were totally toxic and made everyone to work 14 hours a day, compulsory WFO at no extra pay, even for people who stayed more than 100 kms away, close to 30 people resigned in 4 months. Also illegal misuse of PCIP(Performance correction program) without any clear proof and many put into VRP pool(bench), again no specific reason and HR played blind to these managers. Worst Work Environment Ever! Working at this company was nothing short of a nightmare. The work culture is toxic, oppressive, and downright disrespectful to employees. It's almost as if you are treated like a prisoner. Employees have no rights, no voice, and are constantly pressured to conform without any support from the management. If something is wrong, do not expect help or understanding - the management's only concern is making sales, even if that means lying to customers.
