Quite the opposite to the online presence of how they pretending to be they are, but in reality they don't. Favoritism, Managers treating the employees with partiality, no job guarantee at all, Top management only believes what the manager's says and don't listen at all to the employees. Only extroverts can survive there as management firmly believes that only they are capable of doing the work and the rest don't. If you seem like you don't align with the senior managing people's thought process, you can already start looking for other jobs and expect to get fired at anytime for silly to no reasons. Pay is far lesser than the market range, and that's why they mostly hire people from Asian countries like, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines and Sri Lanka. For freshers looking for something to start with, it can be an acceptable choice, but for people with experience please avoid....Read More
