...oking for other jobs and expect to get fired at anytime for silly to no reasons. Pay is far lesser than the market range, and that's why they mostly hire people from Asian countries like, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines and Sri Lanka. For freshers looking for something to start with, it can be an acceptable choice, but for people with experience please avoid.
