Biased management Mostly old employee who has neither switched nor now anything just based on local/region lobby biasing got promoted Most of the senior management are not even from tier 2/3 colleges.. Lobby Micromangment

At a junior level, M and below, job security is extremely high. In past 3 years I didn't find organisation trying to fire people deliberately. In many cases poor performing people end up staying in the organisation enjoying the perks. Most junior people are protected the most. Another positive is everyone gets the same percentage of salary hike as per the Rating.

Dislikes

Promotions are restricted to Kolkata or Chennai people mainly, other city people have less preference as the seniors sit there. Same while giving important projects. I was told by another existing person when I joined but after 3 yrs, realising the same unfortunately. Politics is v v high. They just want to meet the numbers, evenif you manipulate or twist things, it's ok as there are no reviews. They just want to tick the boxes for the heck of it. Also, very old people..like dead wood not having visibility and understanding of what to do and get done. No industry scenario as they are frogs in a well.
