I appreciate the collaborative environment at Cognizant, where learning and sharing knowledge are highly encouraged. The company offers plenty of growth opportunities and exposure to diverse technologies, such as Salesforce and more, which helps in continuous skill development. Also I became GenC next here right after one year and got all the timely increments and promotions.
While Cognizant offers a lot of growth opportunities, the fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to high work pressure, and balancing multiple projects can be challenging. Additionally, the communication between teams could be improved for smoother project coordination.

If joined as a fresher then too many learning opportunities will be there. If worked hard and learned all necessary skills as a fresher then environment will remain good.
If joined as a fresher and didn't developed necessary skills then layoff is fixed. Project interviews will be tough. Some manager will own you whereas some projects and people of projects are actually good. So it's like 50/50.

The management here is good, but favourite ism and in equality among employees was done based on the religion criteria and not everyone was treated fairly not speaking in regional language Taking cooked up meetings when there is any sick leave taken with document’s but not approved by Manager, then it would be considered as LOP. The most I disliked is the annual hikes which is just peanuts. They have given 3-5% hikes to all the employees ( 5% was the maximum hike given to the top performers, rest all got 3-4%. Management forced us to work on weekends from office which could have been easily managed from home as no one comes on weekends and feels like I am in graveyard, and the entire bay remains empty.

As a technical support analyst, your leaves depend on the team. I worked on 3 different teams 1.
