Few members of the global large deals team are worse. Priya raghav and Ashwini rathore doesn't know how to talk to people. Ashwini even talked about my family very rudely. I would suggest don't join cognizant. Even if you join, don't join the global large deals team. Your life will be miserable.

Suddenly after you left / aur asked to volunterly resign by HR your team will become best team on the floor because it was then headed by the same pawn.
